You will be in charge of driving revenue growth in major accounts, establishing relationships, and providing direct touch across all levels of the end customer while also engaging with the top SIs. Your ability to penetrate new customers and organisations within your assigned accounts is essential for success in this role. Cross‑functional teams from Appian Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting provide support and tools for you to use to attain and exceed sales performance goals. Responsibilities Navigate a complex sales cycle from start to finish, leveraging internal resources within the broader sales organisation and collaborating cross‑functionally with the customer success team and externally across customer and partner ecosystems. Deliver in‑person and virtual presentations to LOB & IT audiences, showcasing client discovery, communicating ROI, and building business value. Utilize deep knowledge of major institutions across LATAM and their buying behaviours; experience in banking or public sector is preferred but not essential. Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues, engaging multiple stakeholders throughout complex deals. Proactively seek to understand industry trends to position Appian against competitors. Qualifications Significant direct selling experience as an Account Executive, selling complex technologies at the enterprise level to Global 2000 customers. History of consistent quota achievement. Examples of landing new customer logos. Strong professional tenure: a history of loyalty and perseverance through long, stable employment and a positive career trajectory.
