This role is key to maintaining service consistency, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily performance and attendance of coordinators, intake agents, and HR assistants. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, responsiveness, and compliance. Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve team performance. Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and Executel’s Operations Manager. Facilitate collaboration between operations, recruitment, and client contacts. Assist in resolving escalations and maintaining workflow efficiency. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in administrative, healthcare, or BPO environments. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. High proficiency in English (C1 level ). Familiarity with homecare coordination or HR support functions is preferred.
