We are looking for a Senior Oracle Financials Lead (AR) with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and deep hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS). This role will act as a functional lead for Accounts Receivable, owning end‑to‑end AR operations while driving process improvements, system optimization, and best practices across the O2C cycle. The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge, Oracle expertise, and leadership capabilities to guide processes and support business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including: Billing / invoicing Cash application Collections Act as functional lead for Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Oversee and optimize AR aging, collections strategies, and cash flow performance Serve as SME for Oracle Financials (AR module), supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements Partner with IT and business teams on system improvements, integrations, and automation initiatives Support and lead month‑end close activities related to AR Analyze and resolve complex billing and payment discrepancies Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and external stakeholders Identify and drive process improvement and standardization initiatives Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable) Required Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in: Accounts Receivable (AR) Order to Cash (O2C) processes Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP: Oracle Financials (AR module) Oracle Cloud or EBS Solid understanding of: Financial and accounting principles AR lifecycle and controls Billing, collections, and cash application AR reporting and aging analysis Process improvement initiatives Experience working with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders Advanced Excel skills English: Professional working proficiency (required) Nice to Have Experience in shared services or BPO environments Exposure to Oracle integrations (OIC, APIs, etc.) Experience supporting U.S.-based clients Background in automation or transformation projects Strong ownership and leadership mindset Highly analytical and detail‑oriented Hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
