The Opportunity Global Enablement Manager – FAB Collect plays a critical role in accelerating the growth and adoption of Teleperformance’s AI‑powered collections solutions across all geographies. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, product, and transformation, acting as a global orchestrator to drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and successful commercialization of FAB Collect. The Enablement Manager will: Drive revenue acceleration by supporting regions in identifying and closing AI collections opportunities Ensure consistency and scalability of FAB Collect best practices across markets Translate market feedback into product evolution Build capabilities across teams through targeted enablement programs Act as a strategic partner in high‑impact client engagements This role is essential to position FAB Collect as a core growth engine for TP’s AI‑first strategy.
