We are looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Lead to guide our admissions team, enhance the client experience, and ensure families receive the support they need from their first interaction with us. What you’ll do Lead, coach, and develop the Admissions team to deliver exceptional client service Oversee the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry through consultation scheduling Ensure timely insurance benefit verification and clear financial communication with families Support families throughout the onboarding process, providing guidance and education about ABA services Monitor documentation accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and internal policies Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience Drive process improvements and team performance initiatives What we’re looking for Experience leading customer service, enrollment, admissions, or healthcare support teams Background in healthcare services, insurance verification, patient enrollment, or client-facing operations Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience handling sensitive client conversations with empathy and professionalism Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What we offer Prepaid medical plan Life insurance Opportunity to lead and grow within a healthcare-focused organization Ready to make a meaningful impact on families while leading a high-performing team?
