Job Summary The Sales Operations & Commercial Strategy Lead is responsible for driving commercial planning, performance governance, and incentive execution for Rappi Ads. The role partners closely with Sales Leadership and SP&A to ensure revenue predictability, efficient resource allocation, and strong financial discipline across the commercial organization. Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Pipeline Management – lead revenue forecasting processes, own pipeline management frameworks, monitor forecast accuracy, and prepare scenario analyses. Target Setting & Portfolio Management – set quotas and targets aligned with financial guidance, support portfolio design, and recommend adjustments based on performance. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) – co‑lead the commercial AOP with SP&A and Finance, translate financial targets into commercial goals, and align compensation plans with resource allocation. Commercial Performance Management – define and track core commercial KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and identify gaps and improvement levers. Compensation Strategy, Modelling & Execution – design sales compensation frameworks, own commission modelling and validation, and evaluate incentive effectiveness. Resource Planning & Allocation – lead capacity planning for Commercial and Ops teams, support headcount planning, and recommend resource reallocation. Cost‑to‑Serve & Customer Profitability – build cost‑to‑serve models, identify inefficiencies, and support portfolio prioritization and pricing strategies. Required Background & Experience Minimum 3 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Finance / FP&A. Strong financial and analytical skills (forecasting, modelling, performance analysis). Experience supporting or executing sales compensation plans. Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments (tech, marketplaces, SaaS preferred). Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and BI tools. Profile & Skills Structured, analytical, and execution‑oriented. Strong business partnering skills with Sales and Finance. High attention to detail and ability to synthesize insights. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
