Development and Execution of Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement innovative and effective recruitment and selection strategies that align with business goals and company culture. Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop proactive hiring plans. Identify and evaluate new sources of talent, including digital platforms, job fairs, recruitment agencies, and university programs. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Management: Oversee the posting of job openings, resume screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience at all stages of the process. Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools to improve recruitment efficiency. Employer Branding and Public Relations: Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent nationwide. Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional associations, and other key organizations. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hires, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress for management. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and internal company policies. Stay up to date with labor market trends and recruitment best practices. Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (recruitment and selection) at a multinational company. Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of best recruitment practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment. Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
