Responsibilities As the Technical Consultant, you will translate business problems into solutions using Nue's out-of-the-box configuration capabilities, APIs, pricing plugins, and custom solutions. You will deliver business value and manage multiple complex tasks while engaging professionally with team members and clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand evolving business needs, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure customers derive maximum value from Nue. Provide ongoing solution optimization and support for existing customers. Offer deep CPQ and revenue expertise and guidance on functional enhancements and optimization. Manage multiple client relationships and priorities while engaging professionally and timely. Translate evolving business problems into solutions leveraging Nue's capabilities. Ensure solutions deliver sustained business value. Provide ongoing solution optimization and technical support for existing Nue customers in a managed services capacity. Configure and maintain Nue implementations, including creating new products, pricing structures, and updating existing pricing flows and plugins. Build and enhance custom solutions using APIs, pricing plugins, custom integrations, and automated workflows. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Nue and customer systems (CRM, ERP, financial systems). Perform data-related tasks: imports, migrations, quality assessments, and analytics guidance. Conduct regular system health checks and proactive assessments for optimization opportunities. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions ensuring stability and performance. Provide technical expertise on Nue best practices, integration patterns, and platform capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions delivering sustained business value. Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes to build a knowledge base. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years implementing and integrating software solutions within Billing, CRM, or ERP domains. Strong Salesforce administration and Apex experience. Solid understanding of object-oriented technologies for software development. Strong PL/SQL skills. Experience with REST APIs and web services. Experience using an integration and automation platform like Tray.io. Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) is a plus. Strong communication skills, with ability to adjust to technical level and explain complex ideas clearly. Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills, processes, technologies, and product knowledge. Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions is a plus.
