You will: Edit and structure long-form YouTube content for watch time and authority Create high-performing Shorts, Reels, and TikToks from long-form content Use AI tools to increase speed, scale, and content output Analyze performance data and continuously improve content results Key Responsibilities Long-Form YouTube Edit videos for retention, watch time, and authority Build strong hooks, pacing, and narrative flow Contribute to titles, thumbnails, and content structure Short-Form Content Identify viral moments from long-form content Create platform-native Shorts, Reels, and TikToks Use effective hooks, captions, and pacing to maximize engagement AI & Workflow Optimization Leverage tools such as: Riverside.fm OpusClip HeyGen Captions.ai / Captions.io Build efficient workflows that improve publishing speed while maintaining quality.
