Job Description Technical Project Associate in Development to support the implementation and monitoring of PNUD Colombia’s protection and inclusive development programs in selected territories. Responsibilities Facilitate inter‑institutional coordination by designing, convening and leading technical meetings, territorial committees and multisectoral exchanges. Identify key institutions (local governments, sectoral agencies, NGOs, enterprises, universities) and promote active participation through agreements, roles and operational commitments. Prepare, manage and monitor partnership agreements, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding and other instruments formalising stakeholder contributions. Provide technical and logistical support to the project team, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives. Track progress in the field, formulate recommendations for timely attainment of project goals and adjust plans in collaboration with the team. Ensure efficient and effective management of results and outputs, including the production of analytical reports and findings required by the Office. Develop tools and strategies for monitoring and evaluation of implemented interventions. Assist in the preparation of reference documents, procurement processes and the delivery of capacity‑building materials and workshops. Support knowledge dissemination through documentation, lessons‑learned reports and participation in practice communities. Required Minimum Education High‑school diploma (Bachillerato). Professional university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, Government, International Relations or Engineering is considered favorable but not required. Required Experience Minimum of 7 years for holders of a high‑school diploma, or 4 years for bachelor holders, in at least one of the following areas: Projects applying inclusive productivity methodologies to mitigate access barriers, particularly in rural contexts. Development initiatives featuring territorial stakeholder coordination, field activity monitoring and technical team collaboration. Operational coordination, knowledge systematisations or documentation in programmes aimed at strengthening organisations, businesses or communities, with an inclusion focus. Required Skills Field‑based support for development projects, including action plan formulation and improvement planning. Monitoring of results and preparation of technical and management reports. Operational project management (contract, agreement and financial administration in the field). Stakeholder relationship building and territorial alignment processes. General development project management. Participatory methodologies and institutional strengthening. Desirable Skills Experience with United Nations agencies. Support of project coordination activities. Transfer of methodologies to work teams and implementation of inclusive productivity projects involving the private sector. Experience working with vulnerable populations in Colombian territories. Language Requirement Fluency in Spanish is required.
