We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong B2C and integration expertise to support a strategic transformation initiative. During the initial phase, efforts will center on discovery, documentation and architectural alignment rather than hands‑on development. The architect will partner with regional and global teams to map the existing ecosystem, ensure adherence to enterprise standards and shape the target integration architecture. Responsibilities Conduct analysis and documentation of current‑state systems, integrations and data flows across LATAM markets Develop a deep understanding of the customer's standards, global platforms and architectural principles Define and document target‑state architecture, focusing on integrations between local systems and global platforms Shape integration design across key components, including DCX (Digital Consumer Experience), CBX platform and REEV (B2B solution) Contribute to integration design for CDP (Treasure Data) and various enterprise and local data sources Partner with the Global Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment and consistency Assist decision‑making on migration approach and sequencing as countries transition to centralized platforms Offer architectural guidance to delivery teams as the program evolves into execution Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in B2C and B2B environments, with a strong integration focus Knowledge of consumer platforms, CDPs (e.g., Treasure Data) and omnichannel ecosystems Familiarity with distributed landscapes (local and global systems) and large‑scale transformation programs Excellent documentation and communication skills with the capability to clearly articulate architecture to both technical and business stakeholders Showcase of collaboration with enterprise architecture and global teams Flexibility to operate in an ambiguous, discovery‑driven phase and bring structure to it Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1) Nice to have Proficiency in Spanish We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award‑winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
