Location: Bogota 96 (Hybrid) Type of contract: Temporary (due Maternity Leave) You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring efficient service, timely solutions, and high customer satisfaction, while supporting commercial and operational processes. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with a strong service mindset. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, quotes, and invoicing while coordinating with internal teams. Ability to work with data, reports, and dashboards to support customer service and operational activities. Requirements Academic Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related area +4 YOE experience using reporting or data analysis tools such as Power BI .
