Job Title Product Principal Consultant – Segment Revenue Management Flex (SRM Flex) About The Business Area/Department Kambr is the provider of a Segment Revenue Management solution for airlines. Our main market segment is for LCC’s and Hybrid airlines. We help them optimize their revenue through modern revenue management practices and a best‑class user experience. Summary Of The Role As a senior Product Consultant for SRM Flex, you are a recognized expert and leader in airline revenue management solution integration. You shape how SRM Flex is implemented, adopted, and scaled across airline customers, driving standardization, value delivery, and strategic impact beyond individual projects. You operate with high autonomy, influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams, and play a key role in evolving Amadeus’ solution‑led delivery model for Airline Solutions. In This Role You’ll Act as a recognized authority on SRM Flex integration, configuration, and business usage across Airline Solutions. Lead the resolution of high‑complexity integration challenges. Define and promote best practices, and standard deployment patterns for SRM Flex. Own strategic customer relationships during critical phases (complex implementations, migrations, recovery plans). Lead senior‑level workshops with airline stakeholders to align business objectives, solution design, and value outcomes. Support high‑value consulting engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to airline revenue management leaders. Partner with Product Management to feed implementation insights into roadmap and product evolution. Collaborate with Engineering and Science teams to align solution feasibility with customer expectations. About The Ideal Candidate Has extensive experience in product consulting, solution integration, or delivery leadership within an airline or airline IT provider. Has deep understanding of airline revenue management (forecasting, optimization, controls, inventory). Has proven experience engaging with senior airline stakeholders (Revenue Management, Commercial, IT leadership). Has ability to connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Has 5–10 years of experience working at an airline or a solution provider for RM solutions to airlines. Is fluent in English.
