This role supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of network systems while providing advanced technical support to internal users and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing enterprise network environments, servers, and connectivity services, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence. This position requires a solid technical foundation, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support business growth and technology initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure management, or IT operations Experience managing enterprise networks, including routing, switching, VPNs, and network security 2 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and administration for LAN, Firewall, and Cisco Wireless platforms. CCNA certification required; training or equivalent knowledge in networking, load balancing, firewalls, and related technologies.
