The Position We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to join our leadership team and play a critical role in driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the business. This role will act as a central coordination point for several key departments: Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance. The Head of Business Operations will help translate business development goals into clear operating plans, ensure cross-functional execution of OKRs, and design, implement, and continuously improve the processes that enable scalable growth. This is a highly visible, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. What You'll Be Doing Act as a central point of coordination across Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment on business development priorities and OKRs. Drive the execution of company-level and business development OKRs, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Design, implement, and optimize cross-functional processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability. Partner closely with senior leaders to identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities, and proactively propose solutions. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across teams, reducing friction and ensuring smooth handoffs. Build operating rhythms (planning, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes. Support leadership with data, insights, and structured frameworks to inform strategic decisions. Ensure operational consistency while remaining flexible to the needs of a fast-growing, dynamic organization. What We're Looking For Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Operations, or a similar leadership role, ideally in a technology, consulting, or high-growth environment. Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning multiple teams toward shared business goals. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Experience defining, implementing, and running operational processes tied to OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership. High attention to detail combined with the ability to think at a systems and strategic level. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong bias toward action. What We Offer Competitive Salary.
