You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio - a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.???? What's in it for you:Join a leading corporation in the payment processing and payroll management solutions industry Lead backend development on a long-term project, improving payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users Design, implement, and optimize features with PHP and React.js, driving performance, scalability, and reliability of a widely used payroll platform Is that you?5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices Deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture Experience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code quality Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Upper-Intermediate+ English level Strong ownership, motivation, and accountability Desirable:Hands-on experience with payroll or HR system development Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker) Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders Key Responsibilities And Your ContributionIn this role, you'll lead the development and maintenance of core systems for a robust payroll platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and technical excellence.Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend components using PHP and React.js Design and implement REST APIs and work with MySQL and MongoDB databases Develop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWS Write high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the team Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the team on feature design, problem-solving, and best practices Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality What's working at Dev.Pro like?Dev.Pro is a global company that's been building great software since 2011.
