Associate Finance Manager – Hybrid Location: Bogota, Colombia The Job Be the point of contact for Colombia leaders (General Manager, Commercial, Logistic, HR, RGM, Industry, etc.) and provide financial reporting and support around the Business Unit/Brands/Categories/Channel/ POS Performance, investments, costs, and ROI on promotional activities. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the business. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators: P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow. Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic projects. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with functions/business area managers to understand drivers of performance and support decision‑making to drive growth and improve profitability. Monitor daily net sales (NSV) and gross margin, providing recommendations/corrective actions if any deviation to target is found, with a clear visibility on drivers (exchange rate, volume, mix, price, etc.). KPI analysis and business performance review: including P&L, working capital and others but not limited to Channel, Customer, SBU, Brands, etc. Budgeting activities: Build the annual budget and update quarterly forecasts & weekly pulse. SG&A budgeting and actual analysis by cost center, function and account. Support analysis for ad‑hoc requests (new product launch, commercial initiatives, pricing models, etc.). Collaboration with Order to Cash (OTC) team with specific accountability for DSO, aging, credit exposure challenges. Challenge and track pricing initiatives, go‑to‑market changes, product mix shifts, and gross to net prioritization. Support and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasting models, supporting operational and strategic decision‑making. Review and approve payment batches prepared by AP, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with funding plans. Monitor FX exposure (COP/USD), providing insights into currency impacts and supporting risk mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. The Person Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business management. At least 7 years of previous experience in FP&A roles / business planning in multinational companies. Advanced level of English is required. Advanced MS Excel skills; HFM will be a plus. Strong finance skills. Strategic and critical thinking. Effective communication.
