Human Resources Manager (Focus on Labor Law) We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Labor Relations Manager with a strong focus on Labor Law to join our team. This role will be key in ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing employee relations, and supporting the business through strategic HR and legal alignment. This role is fully focused on employee relations and labor law, with a specialized scope within HR. Lead employee relations processes with a strong legal and compliance focus. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Manage complex labor cases, disputes, and sensitive employee situations. Advise leaders and stakeholders on labor risk and legal implications. Support audits, investigations, and labor-related processes. Collaborate with legal teams when required on complex matters. Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resources. Specialization in Labor Law is required. +5 years of experience in HR roles with strong focus on labor law / employee relations. Proven experience managing disciplinary processes and labor disputes. Strong knowledge of local labor legislation. Experience advising leadership on complex employee relations matters. English level B2-C1 (written and spoken).
