PIE Coordinator/Partner Liaison, 10-Month JobID: 4395 Date Posted: 6/9/2026 Location: PIE Center Date Available: 07/21/2026 Primary Purpose Ensure efficient operation of school administrative office and provide support to PIE staff. The employee will be responsible for all social media, assisting with tours, organization of events, collaborating with PIE partners, and working with CTE Programming at the PIE Center. There will be other assigned duties as instructed by PIE Director and this person will be a liaison between the high schools for students, teachers, and work-based learning. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing Strategies Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to perform a variety of tasks often changing assignment on short notice Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience 1-3 years coordinator experience preferred Major Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for all social media for the PIE Center. Responsible for planning and implementing recruitment activities with elementary, middle and high school students. Organize PIE Center calendar of events. Schedule, plan and help lead tours of PIE Center. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required. Maintain student records according to established procedures. Respond to routine inquiries from public, media, board members, and staff as directed. Assist tenants, students, teachers, and parents as needed. Greet visitors (public, parents, students, substitutes, vendors, tenants, etc.) respond to their inquiries and/or direct them to appropriate personnel in accordance with district policies and procedures regarding building security. Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendar for the PIE Center. Transcribe recorded interviews and notes. Assist with writing copy for brochures and publications produced by public information office. Read copy to detect errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax. Assist with planning, preparation, and setup of faculty meetings and campus activities. Maintain confidentiality. Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
