We are looking for a Client Ops Senior Analyst to join our team and support financial and accounting operations across regional and global stakeholders. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial processes, supporting month‑end activities, managing accounting and billing operations, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and support accounting operations including provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records, general ledger entries, and financial reporting Support billing, invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes Perform tax reconciliations and support compliance with local and international accounting standards Prepare and maintain audit‑ready documentation for internal and external audit Monitor and execute financial controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures Analyze financial discrepancies and proactively identify and resolve issues Support budgeting and expense tracking processes Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to ensure operational and financial accuracy Assist in process improvement initiatives and optimization of accounting workflow Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platform Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or related role Provisions and accruals Taxes and deferred taxes Billing and invoicing processes Audit support Month‑end close Experience working in multinational companies, BPOs, or shared service environments is highly preferred Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced and cross‑functional environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
