From partner onboarding and engagement automation to real-time deal tracking, their platform replaces clunky legacy systems with modern tools built for high-growth teams.If you’re excited about solving meaningful UX challenges, working closely with product and engineering teams, and helping shape the future of partnership technology, this could be a great fit.About The RoleOur client is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and implementation of intuitive, scalable, and visually polished experiences across their PRM platform.This role is heavily focused on product design inside the Bubble.io ecosystem, while also supporting broader visual design initiatives for marketing and sales materials when needed. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence both the product experience and the overall visual identity of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UI/UX design initiatives for the platform inside Bubble.io Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging product experiences Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective user experiences Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive flows Support marketing and sales teams with graphic design materials such as presentations, brochures, and social media assets Ensure visual consistency across all product and brand touchpoints Stay up to date with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the Bubble.io ecosystem Requirements3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, ideally including Bubble.io projects Hands-on experience designing within Bubble.io Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience conducting user research and usability testing Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Advanced English level required Nice to HaveExperience working in SaaS startups or high-growth environments Experience designing B2B platforms or workflow-heavy products Graphic design experience for marketing/sales collateral Familiarity with PRM, CRM, or partner ecosystem tools Why Join?Opportunity to work on a fast-growing SaaS product with real market traction High ownership and direct impact on the product experience Collaborative, fast-moving startup environment Flexible remote work setup Long-term growth opportunity within the company If this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
