SAP iXp Intern – CoE Global Car Fleet, LATAM Region Location: Bogota, Colombia Expected start date: July 2024 Duration: Preferably 12 months minimum (must be a student for the whole duration) Responsibilities Support Car Fleet Managers across the LATAM region, covering roughly 430 vehicles in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. Contribute to the development and execution of Global Car Fleet strategies, including fleet innovation, process standardization/automation, and sustainability initiatives (e.g., 2025 Global Car Fleet strategy). Prepare reports for stakeholders, accounting, and management purposes. Administer car leasing contracts and purchased vehicles. Handle daily tasks related to car fleet management, from ordering a vehicle through the acquisition process. Provide support to colleagues using company cars via ticket system, e‑mail, or phone. Act as the point of contact for leasing providers, manufacturers, insurance companies, and car dealers. Maintain communication with internal stakeholders (HR/Payroll, Controlling, Procurement, etc.). Operate within a global setup. Perform additional tasks related to car fleet management as assigned. Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program. Internship must be part of the Academic Pensum. Required Skills: Knowledge of leasing/purchasing vehicles is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) – mandatory. Self‑managed work style with high customer (employee) orientation. Team player able to collaborate across locations and countries. Proactive problem‑solving ability and initiative. Innovative thinking, willingness to challenge complexity, and agility in change. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
