Accountabilities Develop and maintain robust, reusable components using React. Implement responsive and accessible designs using CSS/SCSS and modern layout techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration workflows. Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive digital experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues across various environments. Stay current with front-end trends and advocate for best practices. Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration. Education / Experience / Other Information React – 5+ years of hands‑on experience building dynamic, component‑based web applications. 5+ years of development experience and strong proficiency in JavaScript and scalable front‑end architecture. CSS/SCSS – 5+ years of hands‑on experience with advanced styling and a deep understanding of responsive design and layout techniques. Experience with HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front‑end tooling. Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Experience with Redux. Extensive knowledge of accessibility standards and experience implementing inclusive design. Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). A proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and a passion for clean, maintainable code. Comfortable working in an Agile environment, and familiar with Agile development practice. Must be a self‑starter, fast learner with positive attitude and team player. Working Conditions Work in a standard office‑based environment; non‑standard hours are a common occurrence. No travel needs. Location(s) Colombia: Bogota.
