Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do) Own the design and delivery of data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making across the organization. This role focuses primarily on data & analytics (80%), while providing light support (20%) in the administration and implementation of Procore. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. Translate business needs into data models, KPIs, and actionable insights. Extract and manipulate data using SQL. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across sources. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of data solutions. Provide light support in Procore administration (user setup, basic configurations, issue tracking) during implementation and ongoing use. Document data logic, definitions, and reporting structures. Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are) Minimum Academic Background and/or Formal Training University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Law, or related fields. Experience 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. Proven track record building end-to-end Power BI solutions (data modeling, dashboards used by business teams). Hands‑on experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Exposure to system implementations or supporting business tools (nice to have, not mandatory). Required Skills Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices). Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders. High learning agility. Adaptability and willingness to take on cross‑functional tasks. What Matters Most Ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable insights.
