Your Role As a Business Development Representative, you will work directly with one of our valued clients, the leader in aerial imagery, at our Bogota Colombia site. You will be an integral part of the sales team, identifying and developing new business through outbound prospecting. You will partner with inside sales, enterprise sales, and account managers to fuel pipeline growth within specific industry verticals. Responsibilities Strategic Research: Identifying and researching potential clients through online research, networking, and inbound inquiries. Proactive Outreach: Conducting outreach through high-volume cold calls, emails, and social media to engage and qualify prospects. Lead Qualification: Understanding prospect needs and assessing their alignment with the client’s products or services. Meeting Coordination: Setting appointments and coordinating meetings for senior sales representatives and account executives. CRM Management: Managing and maintaining an active pipeline of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce and timely follow-ups. Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams to align outreach efforts and refine messaging strategies. Market Intelligence: Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to uncover new business opportunities. Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on key performance indicators such as qualified leads, meetings set, and conversion rates. What You Need Exceptional Communication: High proficiency in speaking and writing American English, ideally with a neutral or American accent. Sales Background: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business, or an entrepreneurial role is a plus. Core Sales Skills: Proven ability in prospecting, cold calling, and B2B SaaS sales. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly valued. Additional Tools (Nice to Have): Familiarity with sales-related tools such as Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, and LinkedIn. Dynamic Attributes: Ability to multi-task, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for working in fast‑paced, goal‑driven environments. Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to effectively qualify and address client needs.
