What You’ll Do Manage and optimize media campaign budgets. Support the execution of media buying strategies across traditional and/or digital channels. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to maximize ROI. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights. Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign results. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery. Support media negotiations and investment initiatives. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in Media Buying, Media Investment, Paid Media, Advertising, or related fields. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Experience managing budgets and performance metrics. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Experience within media, advertising, marketing, or agency environments is highly valued.
