The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of assigned teams and ensuring operational activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with client expectations, service standards, and company policies. This role serves as the first level of operational leadership, driving team performance, productivity, quality, and employee engagement while supporting the achievement of service levels, KPIs, and operational objectives. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across assigned teams and accounts. Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and KPI performance. Ensure service levels and operational targets are consistently achieved. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings with team members. Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results. Support workforce management activities, including scheduling, staffing adjustments, and coverage planning. Escalate operational risks, service issues, and client concerns to the Operations Manager when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and client requirements. Track and report operational metrics, productivity trends, and team performance results. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations, team leadership, customer service, logistics, BPO, or service delivery environments. At least 1 year of experience leading teams or serving in a senior operational role. Experience managing performance metrics and operational KPIs. Strong English proficiency.
