Position Overview This position serves as Visa Project Manager for endpoint implementation services provided to Clients. The role involves managing moderate to complex projects around IT infrastructure and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. The Project Manager gathers and documents project requirements while providing client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, features, and functionality. Location & Hybrid Work This is a hybrid position. The expectation is at least 3 days in office; the exact schedule will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Responsibilities Provide project management planning, execution, closing, and support for low- to mid‑complexity IT infrastructure projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Meet all milestones and deliverables in a timely manner and comply with Visa internal artifacts. Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements and implement Visa endpoints, products, and services. Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on a weekly or monthly basis. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to improve team efficiencies and project delivery. Manage client projects in parallel with product developments and a changing landscape. Manage non‑routine, complex processing requests as well as short‑term tactical and strategic customer initiatives. Qualifications Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Minimum of 6+ years of information technology system knowledge with a strong understanding of project management, technology, IT infrastructure, and applications. Broad experience, curiosity about payments, results‑driven, and client‑focused. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services. Experience with standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio). Excellent time‑management, organizational, planning skills, and teamwork. Ability to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience interacting with internal stakeholders in the US, India, and Singapore. Project management experience in retail banking, card schemes, or new technologies applicable to the payment industry. Comfort with public speaking and the ability to relay information clearly and confidently in large groups. Good knowledge of Visa’s payment processing systems (message routing, authorization, clearing & settlement, and client connectivity) is a plus. EEO Statement Visa is an EEO employer.
