Translate customer pain points and feature requests into actionable technical requirements for the Product team. Help clients design their implementation of Minka's Ledger/L2 tech to maximize ROI and ensure long‑term retention. Write integration scripts and troubleshoot client‑side API calls yourself. Requirements Senior Developer level technical depth combined with the communication skills of a consultant. Experience managing complex B2B technical integrations, ideally in FinTech or Payments. Ability to map a customer’s business goals directly to our API capabilities. 7+ years of industry experience and a proven track record of building systems that drive business outcomes.
