You’ll step into a strategic, consultative recruiting role where you’ll help attract and hire top talent across the business. In this position, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to extending offers and supporting onboarding—while partnering closely with hiring managers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we find and engage talent, build strong pipelines, and continuously improve the recruiting experience for both candidates and stakeholders. What You’ll Do Source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of recruiting channels Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and present top candidates to hiring managers Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each step of the process Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic input Review SLAs and use market insights to set realistic hiring expectations Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate updates in the ATS Collaborate with other recruiters on hard-to-fill roles Keep stakeholders informed on progress, challenges, and opportunities Extend job offers and walk candidates through compensation details Contribute to process improvements and support recruiting initiatives and projects What You Bring Required Fluency in English and French (B2–C1) Full-cycle recruiting experience, with a solid understanding of hiring practices and employment regulations Experience working with ATS tools and managing candidate pipelines Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Background in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Availability to work a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days per week, between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 42 hours/week) Preferred Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Has strong communication and presentation skills Has experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ZoomInfo, or Indeed Is familiar with Power BI Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Why This Role Matters In this role, you won’t just fill jobs—you’ll help build the future workforce.
