Overview The Change Management & Customer Success Manager drives adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across TP's AI and digital product ecosystem. This role supports the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth AI solution rollouts, operational readiness, and measurable client success. Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of structured change-management plans for AI product adoption across internal and client environments. Coordinate communications, readiness sessions, and adoption activities for all impacted teams. Track adoption and performance metrics, gather user feedback, and elevate improvement opportunities to Product and Delivery teams. Partner with Enablement, PMO, and Product teams to deliver training sessions, communication campaigns, and success tracking initiatives. Maintain dashboards to measure adoption, CSAT, training completion, and usage trends. Identify resistance or risks in change programs and recommend mitigation actions.Contribute to client success reviews, ROI presentations, and case study documentation. Ensure alignment between Product, Delivery, and Operations teams for each deployment. Requirements Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) desirable. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Customer Success, or Transformation roles, ideally in AI, digital, or technology environments. Familiarity with AI and digital transformation concepts. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI). Knowledge of change enablement or CRM tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
