Account Executive (Mexican territory, Colombia based) Remote – Colombia Overview As an Account Executive for the Mexican territory, you will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing new clients across Mexico. You will run online demos of HubSpot’s software and convincingly sell the HubSpot value proposition using inbound leads. The role offers flexible work options, including remote, office, or hybrid arrangements. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business. Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and propose inbound marketing solutions. Consistently close new business at or above quota. Represent HubSpot’s suite of products and solutions as a brand enthusiast. Follow up on highly qualified opportunities across Latin America. Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy as new products are released. Contribute ideas to advance the company’s values, culture, and vision. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English. Proven experience as an Account Executive working with the Mexican territory. 1–5 years of selling experience in a SaaS or innovative online product environment. Experience prospecting in a high‑volume environment. Experience conducting discovery calls and communicating value propositions. Track record of exceeding sales goals. Experience in a startup or fast‑moving environment is a plus. Strong focus on goals, emotional intelligence, and work ethic. Excellent communication and closing skills.
