Key Responsibilities Talent Identification & Research Identify and map talent across target markets. Conduct candidate research using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking. Build talent pipelines for current and future client requirements. Support market mapping and competitor analysis projects. Candidate Engagement Approach and engage passive candidates. Assess candidate experience, motivations, and suitability. Build long-term relationships with industry professionals. Recruitment Delivery Support active searches across technical, commercial, legal, finance, and executive-level positions. Coordinate interviews and candidate communications. Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists. Maintain accurate records within CRM and ATS systems. Monitor hiring activity, funding announcements, acquisitions, and industry developments. Develop expertise within renewable energy and infrastructure markets. Support client projects with market insights and talent intelligence.
