About the role The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. What you’ll be doing Producing and reviewing regulatory reports on our branches, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission Defining and implementing the process for necessary regulatory report submission Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areas (automated and manual) Communicating issues with appropriate data owners Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achieved Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting Working closely with Accounting to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in all future regulatory applications Ensuring a close relationship with the Central Bank and responding to additional queries that may arise What you’ll need 7+ years of experience in regulatory reporting for a bank, a regulated entity in financial services, or a consulting firm Advanced knowledge of banking regulations, finance and accounting concepts, and financial products and systems Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines Fluency in English Solid stakeholder management skills and an understanding of how project life cycles work A proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive, and implement change Great interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to local cultural aspects Nice to have Experience with SQL queries and data warehouses #J-18808-Ljbffr
