WHAT YOU’LL DO Launch new customers and guide them to early success Lead monthly business reviews and performance walkthroughs to deliver value and highlight results Build deep, positive relationships with clients built on trust, responsiveness, and clarity Translate complex data into simple, actionable business insights Identify opportunities for upsells, expansions, and renewed contracts Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks Act as the voice of the customer internally—collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Tech to drive improvements Drive playbook creation, process improvements, and internal innovation Stay sharp on all things Amazon, eCommerce, and AI pricing strategy Oh, and tell us your favorite 90s band in your application WHAT YOU BRING Proven experience in customer success, account management, or consulting Strong command of data and the ability to present performance insights to clients at all levels Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written Confidence leading strategic conversations with executives Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and execute in a fast‑paced startup environment BONUS POINTS IF YOU: Understand P&L statements and financial modeling Have experience in eCommerce or SaaS Have worked with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Intercom, Slack Can speak SQL, Python, or another data language WHY JOIN PROFASEE?
