As a Data Services Specialist I, you will build and maintain account data, troubleshoot with technicians to activate accounts for live monitoring, and engage with internal and external customers regarding account information. Your main tasks will include handling inbound phone calls, building new accounts, testing alarm panels, and responding to all customer requests. You will also be the primary point of contact for inquiries and complaints from our clients. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of customer, technician, and field personnel inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Handle and resolve customer complaints and service requests efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining strong relationships. Build and manage customer accounts, including coordinating alarm panel testing with field technicians. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service outcomes using internal systems and Outlook. Generate and provide customer reports upon request from both internal and external stakeholders. Utilize available resources to complete assigned tasks effectively and meet established deadlines. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer service and communication skills, delivering world‑class support to every customer. Consistently deliver world‑class customer services by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a solution‑oriented approach in every customer interaction. Requirements 1–2 years of customer service, technical support and/or call center experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail under pressure. Fully fluent in English. Previous experience in the electronic security or technology sectors is a plus. A customer‑first mindset with problem‑solving orientation. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Benefits Long‑term contract with stability.
