We are looking for a highly skilled Resident Engineer – Network Security (SASE) to join a long-term Professional Services engagement supporting a major organization in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Support, operate, and maintain Palo Alto Networks security platforms in a production environment. Manage and troubleshoot Prisma Access deployments and related security services. Configure and support Mobile Users, Remote Networks, security policies, and traffic management. Work with Panorama and/or Strata Cloud Manager for centralized administration and monitoring. Perform incident analysis, root cause investigations, and issue resolution. Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and technical teams. Document configurations, operational procedures, and technical recommendations. Participate in platform optimization, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Network Security. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies in customer environments. Experience with Prisma Access configuration, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Panorama and/or Strata Cloud Manager. Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, and network connectivity. Experience with authentication technologies such as SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, Azure AD, or Okta. Understanding of Zero Trust, ZTNA, CASB, and Secure Web Gateway concepts. Ability to work independently and interact directly with customers. Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Experience as Resident Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, TAC Engineer, or similar customer-facing roles. Experience supporting government, financial, banking, or other regulated environments. Exposure to multi-tenant security environments. Experience with GlobalProtect and cloud security solutions. Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSE, PSE-SASE, or other active PANW certifications.
