We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in digital transformation, particularly in eCommerce and CMS environments. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that foster business growth and digital innovation. The ideal candidate excels at gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently in fast‑paced settings. Responsibilities Lead the identification and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation initiatives, focusing on eCommerce and CMS platforms Work with stakeholders such as internal teams, clients, and vendors to define business goals and translate them into technical and functional specifications Analyze workflows, pinpoint gaps, and design improvements to optimize digital processes, customer experiences, and operational effectiveness Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners to ensure technology solutions align with business needs Review and document existing systems, workflows, and data flows to uncover opportunities for automation or enhancement Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects within Agile or Scrum frameworks Contribute to the digital transformation roadmap, emphasizing scalability, performance, and user experience Perform risk assessments and communicate the effects of changes to relevant stakeholders Organize and facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather feedback, align objectives, and share progress Participate in testing phases to verify that business requirements are met through User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects Practical experience with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, and CMS tools like Contentful, Contentstack, or WordPress Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex projects and produce clear, actionable documentation Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments Advanced skills in data analysis to convert information into business insights Proficiency in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagramming Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective teamwork and project delivery Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar for project management and collaboration Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in fast‑paced environments English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken Nice to have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field for a strong academic foundation We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award‑winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
