The Supply team represents more than ten nationalities and serves customers in almost 100 countries. Responsibilities Manage the complete operator lifecycle stages, driving business development, onboarding, day‑to‑day operations, and account management. Identify and secure new transport operators in your region, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and meeting quarterly quotas. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Ops, Data, Inventory, Ticketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and SLA compliance. Optimize operator relationships to drive consistent growth, including commercial terms, inventory coverage, and content optimization. Provide special attention to top‑tier clients to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention. Define and optimize supplier‑centric processes to increase supplier satisfaction and leverage group growth across all brands and platforms. Present group solutions (TMS, Capital) to operators, mapping client engagement and delivering special deals with competitive funding. Own the regional growth strategy, stay updated on industry trends, and lead the “win a country” initiative with quick‑win and long‑term plans. Serve as the main focal point for regional and brand stakeholders (CEOs, Product, Marketing, Customer Support). Lead the Business Development Team, managing 3‑7 managers, tracking KPIs, and developing team capabilities through mentoring and professional growth initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the travel, transportation, or OTA industry. Proven revenue growth and market share expansion in a defined region. Experience managing cross‑functional teams working closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product. Strong partnership building with top‑tier clients and a strategic mindset for regional growth (“win a country” approach). Deep understanding of supplier lifecycle management from contracting to onboarding and account optimization. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong negotiation skills and experience with commercial terms, special deals, and partnership agreements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including work with executives and multiple brands. Familiarity with industry regulations, tourism trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors affecting the region. Fluency in English and Spanish.
