Job Title: Salesforce Solution Specialist General Description Active team player with a knack for journey building, E-Mail campaigns and automation using Salesforce suite, specifically Marketing Cloud. Lead engagements with Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics, business units, third-party vendors, and other supporting areas to define and implement strategies that best fit campaigns and product lifecycles. Responsible for defining and building email templates, customer journeys, and triggers. Actively analyzes results to recommend optimizations. Analyzes creative briefs to recommend marketing automation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder and Contact Builder. Key member in product management initiatives, participate in brainstorming sessions and Agile meetings. Understands the customer lifecycle to identify areas of opportunity. Serves as liaison for customer data management team. Responsible for training sessions with team members regarding Salesforce suite. Discovery. Analyze integration methods between Salesforce suite tools. Scope out and recommend the technical solution approach for customer journeys, triggers and automations. Design and Definition. Own and maintain content matrix solutions. Oversee and recommends enhancements to JIRA Email Workflow. Education Bachelor’s Degree Experience One to three years of experience in technical support, project management or other related area. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to Journey Builder, Automation Studio, E-Mail-Studio, Personalization, Content Builder and Contact Builder. Experience working with Agile methodology a plus, but not required. Programming experience Experience using Jira. #J-18808-Ljbffr
