Job Title: Sales Representative Job Type: Permanent Location: Colombia About the Role: We are looking for a sales professional based in Colombia to drive origination and business development efforts for our fintech and agri‑tech solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Colombia’s agribusiness sector and will be fluent in Spanish. This role requires someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships with decision‑makers, and create long‑term value for clients across the agricultural supply chain. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within Colombia’s agribusiness sector, with a focus on sugar mills, seed companies, and crop protection companies. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the needs of agribusiness clients. Leverage existing networks within agriculture, finance, and insurance to open doors and accelerate deal cycles. Conduct market research to understand client challenges, sector trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for product adoption. Collaborate closely with internal product, technical, and leadership teams to align solutions with client requirements. Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects. Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships. Demonstrated experience selling to agribusiness clients. Experience selling fintech, agri‑tech, SaaS, or data‑driven solutions (preferred but not required if the candidate has strong agribusiness relationships). Language: Native‑level fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is mandatory. Ability to independently generate leads, nurture relationships, and close enterprise‑level deals. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into client value. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment. Willingness to travel within Colombia for client meetings and industry events.
