Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and software delivery. Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications in production environments. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and system architecture decisions. Drive improvements in development processes, tooling, and automation. Must-have Skills Professional software engineering experience. 10+ years of experience developing applications with Golang . Hands-on experience with TypeScript for backend or frontend applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Nice-to-have Skills Experience with Node.js or Kotlin . Database experience with DynamoDB , MySQL , or BigTable . Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
