Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an Engineering Manager who is passionate about innovation and motivated to succeed. The team needs a player/coach with .NET experience ready to grow as our product, teams, and revenue grow. In this role, you’ll collaborate with team members and vendors to design, develop, and deploy top‑tier healthcare software. You’ll provide technical leadership, work closely with architects and stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high‑performance solutions. Responsibilities Lead Adoreal’s engineering team to deliver highly scalable and high‑performance products and services Build a culture of psychological safety while maintaining rapid, iterative growth Collaborate with other leaders to align our Product Development organization Design, develop, enhance, triage, and debug Web APIs using C# and .NET Core Research and recommend technologies to expedite development Ensure high code quality, documentation, and collaboration Monitor systems in production to guarantee their performance and stability Build the right automation and tests to ship software iteratively with drama‑free product launches Work closely with the Product Managers and Customer to ensure we build the right product at the right time for the right people Staff and train the backend team to effectively meet the risks and requirements ahead Requirements Previous experience as a manager or team lead within a corporate engineering department, supporting both the front‑end and back‑end team Experience writing and creating new code up to 40% during working hours Excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills Experience with human resource‑related tasks including managing time‑off requests, performance reviews, and interviewing & hiring Enthusiasm for rapid advancement in a dynamic startup environment, with a readiness to invest additional hours to complete tasks effectively 7+ years of software development experience, ideally with hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English (C1) Skilled in front‑end development with Angular and C# Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Performance‑based bonuses and company equity opportunities Fully remote work environment with flexible schedules Collaborative and thriving team culture guided by Adoreal’s core values Why Adoreal?
