We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support founder‑led sales execution. Focus: phone follow‑ups, prospect engagement, meeting coordination, and pipeline movement. All prospecting, targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy are already handled internally — this role is purely execution. Success is measured by follow‑up discipline, response generation, and meetings scheduled. Responsibilities Follow up with prospects after initial outreach and keep conversations active Make outbound calls to senior decision‑makers Re‑engage inactive opportunities and maintain momentum Schedule and coordinate meetings with the founder Maintain CRM accuracy and track all interactions Not Responsible For Prospecting or lead generation Account research or targeting Messaging, campaigns, or sales strategy (All of this is handled internally.)
