Position Overview This is an initial 6‑month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. The Chargeback Analyst supports the organization by analyzing distributor and customer data, reviewing contracts and pricing conditions, and resolving discrepancies related to rebates, pricing, and off‑invoice transactions. This position will liaison internally and externally to support effective chargeback adjudication while contributing to process improvements as the team continues to grow in Colombia. Key Responsibilities Analyze distributor and customer data to identify discrepancies related to pricing, rebates, or contracts. Collaborate with distributors to resolve claims and minimize financial deductions. Partner with internal teams (Finance, Contracting, Membership, Customer Service) to resolve chargeback and contract‑related issues. Review contract requirements and validate customer eligibility and pricing alignment. Track and report claim discrepancies, supporting action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify trends and root causes to reduce recurring discrepancies and improve data quality. Support negotiation and resolution of outstanding balances with distributors. Assist with customer eligibility requests and ad‑hoc analytical projects. Contribute to process standardization as part of a growing, regionally exposed team. (Chargeback‑specific frameworks, EDI concepts, and price waterfall exposure can be learned on the job.) About You Core Skills & Experience (Required) 1–2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Contract Analysis, Sales Analytics, Customer Service, or similar analytical roles. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends or discrepancies. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel; comfort working in data‑driven environments. Nice to Have / Will Be a Plus Previous exposure to chargebacks, rebates, pricing, or contract administration. Experience working with U.S. market or global stakeholders. Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries. Knowledge of SAP, Vistex, Access, or similar systems. Familiarity with GPOs, IDNs, price waterfalls, or rebate accounting concepts. Qualifications / Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
