We are seeking a Solution Sales Manager with proven Security / Access control and Digital solutions selling experience to join our growing Smart Biometrics sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities for our enterprise-level solutions. This position will require a strategic approach to value-based selling and working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. We’re looking for a hunter from within the SaaS enterprise marketplace, speaking Portuguese. Key Missions Captures and prioritizes the roadmap needs coming from the partners Creates and maintains partner key contacts mapping Coordinates and ensures partners have up to date pricing with all applicable products Tracks and reports on partner sales trends Owns responsibility of partnership management Defines and prioritizes the roadmap needs coming from the partners Analyzes and resolves up to date customers’ issues Coordinates and ensures good communication between stakeholders about product information Profile & Other Information Portuguese language is mandatory, English at level B2 or higher. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. 12-15 years of proven experience in solution sales from within SaaS enterprise marketplace (e.g., Security, IT solutions, B2B). Experience in physical security Access control and/or digital biometric authentication/verification solutions oriented to finance, telecommunications and other verticals. Experience in biometric digital/electronic signature, Digital onboarding, cybersecurity, KYC and related platforms. Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and ability to sell complex, high-value solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to crack numbers including pricing and quoting. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Self-starter and work well in team in a fast-paced environment. The role will be hybrid and based in Bogotá - Colombia.
