What We’re Looking For We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Sales Operations Analyst, Professional II. Key Responsibilities Software Bookings Validation – Rigorously audit and validate software bookings to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proper revenue recognition. Correction & Adjustment Management – Identify discrepancies in bookings data, recommend adjustments, and work closely with Order Management, Finance, Sales Operations, and other operational areas to execute corrections. Data Integrity – Continuously monitor and maintain data hygiene within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and associated sales tools. KPI Management – Update and distribute monthly Key Performance Indicator reports to sales leadership. Ad‑Hoc Analysis – Conduct deep‑dive analyses on pipeline health, sales trends, win/loss rates, and other metrics. Commit Maintenance – Update and maintain monthly bookings to provide clear visibility into expected booking outcomes. QBR Preparation – Update and maintain Quarterly Business Review PowerPoint presentations. Strategic Partnership – Collaborate with Finance and Sales Incentive teams to align bookings and compensation payouts. Process Improvement – Evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalable solutions. Standard Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or similar analytical role within SaaS software environment (preferred but not mandatory). Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling) and PowerPoint; understanding of Salesforce platform preferable. Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to data issues. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines during month/quarter‑end close, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
