About the Role At the core of quality behavioral health services is strong communication, organization, and support. As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in connecting families with care teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and an exceptional client experience throughout the care journey. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact between the office and families, building strong and supportive relationships. Coordinate and monitor client reassessments to ensure timely scheduling and follow-up. Track and report weekly billing trends and assist with operational oversight. Conduct monthly care calls with families to review progress, answer questions, and address concerns. Support schedule adjustments and resolve case-related issues efficiently. Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation and records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and service delivery. Help create a positive experience for families through proactive communication and ongoing support. Qualifications Proficiency in English and Spanish languages. Previous administrative, coordination, or case management experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and professional approach. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral health concepts is a plus. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or healthcare-related environments is preferred. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
