About the Role If you don’t have hands‑on experience planning and controlling production in a food or fresh produce environment, this role is not for you. We are looking for a Production Planner who can own the schedule, align production with demand, and keep operations running with zero excuses. You will plan, track, and adjust daily to make sure the plant hits every target efficiently, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities Build, control, and execute the weekly and daily production plan. Ensure production runs continuously without interruptions by anticipating materials, labor, and capacity needs. Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance to guarantee supply readiness. Track results, identify waste, and take corrective action quickly. Analyze production data (output, downtime, yield) and report KPIs weekly. Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and process optimization. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within food processing, produce, or manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Power BI is a strong plus. Working knowledge of ERP systems. Intermediate to advanced English. Must be based in Medellín or ready to relocate immediately. Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
