The LATAM Regional Manager will be responsible for building, scaling, and monetizing NAGA’s full ecosystem across Latin America, including CFD trading, social trading, IB networks, affiliates, academies, and strategic partnerships. This is a P&L ownership role with direct accountability for revenue, deposits, active traders, and regional expansion. Location: LATAM-based preferred. Core Mission (12–24 Months) Establish NAGA as a recognized CFD & social trading brand in key LATAM markets. Build scalable IB & affiliate infrastructure. Deliver consistent Net Deposits growth. Develop regional acquisition channels with positive CLV/CPA ratio. Create localized retention and monetization funnels. Responsibilities Revenue & Growth Strategy Design and execute the LATAM go‑to‑market strategy. Define priority countries (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina). Build structured market entry plans per country. Drive Net Deposits, FTD growth, and active traders. IB & Affiliate Expansion Recruit, activate, and scale IB networks. Structure competitive and sustainable commission models. Build local academies & influencer‑driven funnels. Develop long‑term anchor partners. Monitor IB quality (retention, deposit quality, churn metrics). Sales & Retention Infrastructure Build local sales structure where justified. Optimize lead → FTD → retention journey. Align with global retention desk for LTV optimization. Improve deposit frequency and volume. Marketing Localization Define country‑specific funnels. Support Spanish‑language content strategy. Collaborate on paid media campaigns. Launch webinars, trading competitions, and local activations. Budget & KPI Ownership Own regional P&L. Define CPA targets. Define CLV targets. Forecast deposits & revenue. Monthly performance reporting. Requirements 5+ years in FX / CFD / online trading industry. Proven LATAM IB or affiliate network building. Demonstrated Net Deposit growth responsibility. Strong understanding of LATAM trader behavior. Fluent Spanish and English. Ideal Profile Commercial hunter mindset. Data‑driven (CPA, CLV, FTD %, retention ratios). Strong negotiation ability with large IBs. Able to operate independently without heavy HQ structure. Entrepreneurial and execution‑driven.
